In 2022, Janhvi Kapoor offered a virtual tour of Sridevi’s Chennai mansion while chatting with Vogue India. Viewers were treated to a glimpse of the mansion’s expansive gate, opening onto a lush green veranda. This building also holds Boney Kapoor’s office.

Talking to the magazine, Janhvi Kapoor shared how her Chennai home became a place of solace for her. “In Mumbai, I’m never really at peace because it’s where work happens. I only come home to sleep. Even if I get a day off, it’s never really relaxing because there are always phone calls to return. In Chennai, on the other hand, my cousins come home to meet me. There isn’t much work I can do because there’s no one’s office that I need to go to for a meeting. There’s essentially nothing to do except spend time by myself and with my family. I feel like I can hit the pause button and pull myself together. Dad’s also always in a great mood here, so it’s nice to just laze around.”

Discussing her Chennai residence, Janhvi Kapoor revealed to Airbnb “I’ll take you on a private tour of our coastal home as I reminisce on summers spent with my family. We’ll enjoy some much-deserved relaxation as I show you my all-natural skincare routine that I learned from my mum (hello homemade honey face mask and oils made from hibiscus flower). Who knows, I might just spill my top Bollywood beauty secrets.”

Janhvi Kapoor expressed, “You’ll enjoy a wonderful dinner of some of my favourite South Indian dishes like Ghee Podi Rice, Andhra Biryani, Pesarattu Dosa, and Palkova. My mouth is watering thinking about it. Enjoy a morning yoga session followed by a healthy breakfast (I like to start my day with lassi) and take in ocean views from the deck.”
