Days after Deepika Padukone, the soon-to-be mother, appeared on the sets of Singham wearing a police uniform director Rohit Shetty released a clip from “Lady Singham” that went viral once more, showing the actor in the role of the tough police officer.
Deepika expresses strength and intensity in the poster, imitating Ajay Devgn’s famed Tiger stride from Singham (2011).
She will give birth to her first kid with husband Ranveer Singh in September 2024. To complete the tough cop image, she wears sunglasses and a tight bun.
In addition to posting the photo, Rohit Shetty wrote Deepika a heartfelt message. “MY HERO…,” he wrote. LADY SINGHAM, REEL MEIN BHI AUR REAL MEIN BHI!
Internet users were overjoyed and flocked to the post’s comments section. “GOAT performance on the way,” one of the fans commented. Some simply said, “I can’t wait,” and they used red heart emojis.
